How do I safely store my fuel?
Fireplace fuel should always be stored in its original container. The cap should be tightly sealed and container should be stored away from any heat or flame in a secure space that cannot be accessed by children or pets.

How do I add fuel to a Bio-Ethanol Fireplace?
Always follow the fueling instructions provided by the manufacturer of the fireplace you have purchased
- DO NOT add fuel to a fireplace that is already burning or Hot. Extinguish Flame and let unit cool to a point where it is only warm to the touch before adding more fuel.
- DO NOT allow children to refuel the Fireplace
- If fuel spills clean up immediately and thoroughly
- Add fuel via the fill hole provided. For trough fireplaces that do not have a separate fill hole, pour fuel directly into the trough. DO NOT OVERFILL
